Representatives of the MTS Department on April 21, 2021 took part in the webinar “A successful proposal for Horizon Europe: Scientific-technical excellence is key, but don’t forget the other aspects” (“Successful proposal for Horizon Europe: scientific and technical excellence is key, but do not forget about other aspects”), which was held with the support of the European Union in the framework of the opening of competitions for research and innovation projects Horizon Europe 2021-2027.

Within the framework of the XXV International Youth Forum “Radio Electronics and Youth in the XXI Century” on April 21, 2021 on the basis of remote technologies a conference 3 “Information radio technologies and technical protection of information”, section 5 “Systems and technologies of devices on microprocessors, microcontrollers and FPGA” MTS of IRTZI faculty. All reports of the participants were interesting and informative. Thank you for participating!

The results of the webometric rating of the university departments are summed up in KNURE. The webometric rating of the departments of the University of Radio Electronics was introduced by the order of the rector in order to increase the position of KNURE in the world rankings.
According to the results of the rating, a group of leading departments was identified, which made a significant contribution to the webometric rating of KNURE. This group includes only one non-graduating department – the Department of MTS. According to the decision of the rector of KNURE Valery Sements, the departments that showed the best results were awarded with graphics tablets.
We thank the staff of the MTS department for a significant contribution to the webometric rating of the university and we wish new achievements!

The organizers are the National Center for Research and Development; National Contact Point for PR Horyzont Europe; Polish business and scientific community in Brussels; Ministry of Education and Science of Poland; Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology of Poland with the support of the European Union.

Representatives of the MTS Department on April 12, 2021 took part in the webinar “Satellite Monitoring – as a driver of digital transformation”, which was held with the support of the European Union and the International Renaissance Foundation under the grant component of the EU4USociety project.
The purpose of the webinar is to present the possibilities of using satellite monitoring data in various fields of research and economics and public life, as well as the experience of the Ukrainian organization of the ERA-Planet project Horizon 2020 and prospects for new projects in the context of expected Horizon Europe competitions.

A recent issue of Forbes magazine published a list of the 100 best faculties in Ukraine in 10 popular fields. The Faculty of Information Radio Technologies and Technical Information Protection of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics came in 8th place in the field of “Industry”.

The competition for the selection of students for the double degree program with the University of Limoges “Electronics, Optics and Telecommunications” has begun. The Department of International Relations provides assistance to all interested students in the formation of a package of documents, preparation of a motivation letter, resume and accompanies the student at every step of the selection and interview.
4th and 5th year students who speak English at least B2 and have an average score of 75 can participate in the competition. From this year, students receive a scholarship under the Erasmus program.
