Participation in conferences

The teachers of the MTS department took part in the work of the 41st IEEE ELNANO-2022 international conference, which took place on October 10-14, 2022 in a remote format. As part of the IEEE ELNANO-2022 conference, reports were presented:

On October 10-12, 2022, the International Conference “Problems of Infocommunications. Science and Technology” (PIC S&T’2022). Despite the difficult security situation in the country, against the background of full-scale Russian aggression, the PIC S&T’2022 conference was held at a high level.

On September 20, 2022, the head of the MTS Department, Iryna Svyd, took part in the conference “Inventors and Scientists: Together to Victory”, which was held on the occasion of the Inventor and Rationalizer Day of Ukraine by the Kharkiv Regional Council of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers together with the Kharkiv State Scientific Library named after V.G. Korolenko with the support of the Department of Science and Education of the KRMA.

The 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Theoretical and Applied Aspects of Development of Devices on Microcontrollers and FPGAs” was held in remote mode using the Google Meet resource on June 24. The conference was opened by Serhiy Sakalo, dean of the Faculty of Information Radio Technologies and Technical Information Security of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, with welcoming words. Then the participants of the conference presented reports and discussed modern requirements for the development of devices based on microcontrollers and FPGAs. All reports were meaningful and relevant in accordance with the theme of the conference. Based on the results of the work, promising directions for the development of the conference were discussed.

Employees, students and graduate students of the MTS Department took part in the third International Scientific and Practical Conference “Aviation, Industry, Society”. Which was held on the basis of Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in correspondence and distance form.
Participants presented reports on current trends and prospects for industry, electronics, energy, in today’s conditions.

On April 14-15, 2022, the MTS Department took part in the XX International Scientific and Practical Conference of Wartime “Shevchenko Spring – 2022: Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanics. Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis “, organized by the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kyiv National University and the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics of the Kyiv National University. T. Shevchenko.

Theses of postgraduate students were presented by the department: Starokozhev S., Glushchenko A., Tkach M., Datsenko O.

Teachers of the MTS Department took part in the 16th International Conference IEEE TCSET’2022, which took place on February 22-26 in a remote format. The following report was presented at the IEEE TCSET’2022 conference:
Method for Increasing the Interference Immunity of the Channel for Measuring the Short-Range Navigation Radio System by Iryna Svyd, Ivan Obod, Oleksandr Maltsev, Oleksandr Vorgul, Irena Vorgul, Ivan Shevtsov.

The STEM Girls branch, established at the MTS Department, joined the online conference “Ukrainian Women in Science that Applauds the World” on February 11 from the STEM Girls initiative and L’Oreal Ukraine. The event is timed to the International Day of Girls and Women in Science and is designed to interest schoolgirls and students to pay more attention to the subjects of the natural cycle and further development in the scientific field. During the broadcast, the finalist scientists of the 4th season of the Ukrainian L’Oréal-UNESCO Award “For Women in Science” spoke about their path to recognition of what they are currently working on and how to integrate science into their lives.

On February 8, 2022, the staff of the MTS Department took part in the webinar “Preparing a text for publication in a scientific journal”. The event was organized with the support of Unicheck and Ukrinformnauka.

On November 10, 2021, the staff of the MTS Department took part in the X International Scientific and Practical Conference “European Integration of Higher Education in Ukraine in the context of the Bologna Process. Quality assessment: approaches and tools.

Employees and graduate students of MTS took part in the IEEE International Conferenceon Problems of Infocommunications Science and Technology (PIC S&T′2021), which took place on October 5-7, 2021 on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The team of authors of the MTS Department took part in the 10th International Scientific and Technical Conference “INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES IST-2021”, which this year takes place from 13 to 19 September 2021 in Odessa, Ukraine in the framework of the Forum “DIGITAL” .

At the conference IST-2021 presented a report: “Evaluation of the Quality of Measuring the Coordinates of Air Objects in the Synchronous Information Network of Surveillance Systems” authors: V. Semenets, I. Svyd, I. Obod, O. Maltsev, O. Vorgul, M. Tkach, V. Chumak.
