Participation in conferences

On August 26-28, 2021, teachers, staff and graduate students of the MTS Department took part in the IEEE 3rd Ukrainian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (IEEE UKRCON-2021). The IEEE UKRCON-2021 conference was held in a virtual format using remote information and communication technologies.

Employees, students and graduate students of the MTS Department took part in the second International Scientific and Practical Conference “Aviation, Industry, Society”. Which was held on the basis of Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in correspondence and distance form.
Participants presented reports on current trends and prospects for the development of industry, electronics, energy, in today’s conditions.

Representatives of the MTS Department on April 16, 2021 took part in the online conference “Europe. Horizon of Opportunities”, which took place in Poland. The organizers are the National Center for Research and Development; National Contact Point for PR Horyzont Europe; Polish business and scientific community in Brussels; Ministry of Education and Science of Poland; Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology of Poland with the support of the European Union.

As the European Commission develops its plans and priorities for the next decade, research and innovation (R&D) are consistently highlighted as critical to overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as its long-term green, digital transformation and global competitiveness. However, the first signs suggest that this rhetoric may be limited by political and economic realities.

On November 26, 2020, the 10th International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Higher Technical Education: Problems and Ways of Development” was held by video conference at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BGUIR). The conference is held to exchange views on problems and ways to develop higher technical education and to make recommendations for its improvement. Particular attention is paid to such areas as “Network educational programs, export of educational services”, “Model University 3.0”, “Improving the quality of education”. Authors from five countries – Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine – joined the discussion.

On November 11, 2020, employees of the MTS Department of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics took part in the conference “Modern education – accessibility, quality, recognition” on the basis of Donbass State Engineering Academy using the ZOOM platform with video presentations. The conference is one of the annual international scientific events in the field of education, which is attended by representatives of the Higher Technical School Trstenik (Serbia), Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Strossmayer University (Croatia), Apeiron University (Bosnia and Herzegovina), University of Zelenogorsk and Poland.

Employees of the MTS Department took part in the IEEE International Conference on Information and Communication Sciences and Technologies (PIC S&T 2020), which took place on October 6-10, 2020 at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Kharkiv, Ukraine. The First International Scientific and Practical Conference “Aviation, Industry, Society” was held on the basis of Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in absentia and distance, which was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the KHNUVK.

Participants presented reports on current trends and prospects for the development of industry, electronics, energy in modern conditions.

Teachers of the department took part in the 11th International Conference on Reliable Systems, Services and Technologies (DESSERT’2020), which took place on May 14-18, 2020 with the help of remote technologies. The following reports were presented at the conference:

The MTS faculty members participated in the 40th IEEE International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology ELNANO-2020, which took place April 22-24 in a remote video presentation format. The ELNANO Conference is one of the annual international scientific events in the field of electronics and nanotechnology.

A representative of the MTS Department participated in the 15th International Conference on Advanced Trends in Radio Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (TCSET – 2020), held in Slavsko-Lviv with the support of the National University of Lviv Polytechnic.

Representatives of the MTS Department took part in the IEEE 2nd Ukrainian Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computing UKRCON-2019, held at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
