Participation in the X International Conference “Higher Technical Education: Problems and Ways of Development”
On November 26, 2020, the 10th International Scientific and Methodological Conference “Higher Technical Education: Problems and Ways of Development” was held by video conference at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BGUIR). The conference is held to exchange views on problems and ways to develop higher technical education and to make recommendations for its improvement. Particular attention is paid to such areas as “Network educational programs, export of educational services”, “Model University 3.0”, “Improving the quality of education”. Authors from five countries – Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine – joined the discussion.
The plenary session of the conference was opened by the rector of the university Vadym Bogush. He noted that the conference has a 20-year history, but is still relevant.
The conference was attended by the head of the MTS department Iryna Svid together with the associate professor of the PM department Volodymyr Kobzev under the leadership of the rector Valery Sement. Author’s team VV Semenets, IV Svid, OV Zubkov, OV Vorgul presented at the conference materials on topical issues – the development of technical education and the creation of technical laboratories with remote access to equipment.
A collection of scientific reports was published as a result of the conference.
