Registration for the DevOps GL ProCamp course starts!

Already have experience with DevOps? Then this event is for you!

Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Lviv and other cities of Ukraine – we invite you to GL ProCamp courses in DevOps! Successful completion of the course will give participants the opportunity to join GlobalLogic projects.

Registration: until January 12

Start of the course: January 2021

Depending on your previous experience and the results of the interview, we will offer you to participate in one of the streams. Detailed description and duration below.

Requirements for participants:

  • Professional commercial experience of linux system administration, release management and automation
  • DevOps basic concepts, CI / CD methodology
  • Operating systems (administration) – Linux, other Unix-like, including local storage (block devices, partitions, volumes, RAID) and Local security (ports, firewalls, AV, etc.)
  • Networking – Networking concepts (networks, routing, protocols, packets), including Troubleshooting tools
  • Virtualization – Hypervisors, emulators, including containerization basics
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • basic knowledge or minimum experience with Python or any other scripting language.

The number of places in the group is limited, so participants who successfully pass the selection will be able to take part in ProCamp.

  2. The next step is an interview

Depending on your previous experience and the results of the interview, we will offer you to participate in one of the streams.

Stream 1: AWS Module

Who this course is for: DevOps and engineers who want to pump in the cloud and are interested in AWS technology.

Class format: Zoom, 2-3 times a week
Duration: 32 hours

What you will get in the course: the necessary minimum of theory + live coding together with the trainer, practice with Terraform and write your own infrastructure.

Stream 2: Kubernetes Module

Who this course is for: DevOps engineers who already have experience with Cloud, but want to deepen their knowledge in Kubernetes.

Class format: Zoom, 2-3 times a week
Duration: 10 hours

What you will learn in the course: immersion in the world of containerization and microservices, best practices and trends in global infrastructure, familiarity with cloud services Google Cloud and deployment of your own Kubernetes cluster based on GKE, development and launch of your own microservice demo application.
