Employees of the MTS Department on September 9, 2021 took part in the webinar “Stakeholder survey system in the university. Analysis of results and decision-making “.

The webinar was initiated by the American Councils for International Education, which is implementing the Academic Integrity and Education Quality Initiative project.

Survey of stakeholders in the university is an important tool for ensuring the quality of education. The data collected during the surveys allow us to see the strengths and weaknesses in the activities of university, to understand the causes of certain problems and to form the most appropriate way for a particular university. All this is possible only with a quality survey. Lecturer Viktor Korbutyak – Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Education Quality of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management (Rivne), expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.

During the webinar, on the example of the survey system at the National University of Water Management and Nature Management, the following issues were considered:

– institutional system of questionnaires;

– involvement of applicants, SPS and psychologists in the creation and improvement of questionnaires;

– types and methods of survey;

– use of survey results and decision-making;

– directions of development and improvement of the questionnaire system.
