Participation in the information and communication event on the launch of a competitive selection of projects under the EU external assistance instrument
Employees of the MTS department Svid IV, Vorgul OV, Boyko NV, Chumak VS On September 21, 2021, they took part in an information and communication event on the launch of a competitive selection of projects under the EU external assistance instrument, conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The event is dedicated to the launch by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of a competitive selection of projects funded by the EU’s external assistance instrument. The following issues were covered at the webinar: conditions of the competition; features of participation in the competition; Ukraine’s participation in the Horizon Europe program; conditions for the formation of tenders within the open tenders of the framework program “Horizon Europe”. It is also noted that the competitive selection of scientific, scientific and technical works and projects financed by the external instrument of European Union assistance to meet Ukraine’s obligations under the European Union Framework Program for Research and Innovation “Horizon 2020” is carried out in accordance with the Regulations selection of scientific, scientific and technical works and projects financed by the external instrument of assistance of the European Union for fulfillment of obligations of Ukraine in the Framework program of the European Union on scientific researches and innovations “Horizon 2020”.
Emphasis is placed on the fact that financial support will be provided:
– for the purchase of equipment and materials by the centers of collective use of scientific equipment for conducting research on the priorities of the Horizon 2020 Program by higher education institutions and research institutions in order to stimulate their participation in the Horizon Europe Program;
– for the implementation and realization of higher education institutions, small and medium enterprises and scientific institutions of scientific works and scientific and technical projects;
– to support the innovative activities of higher education institutions, research institutions;
– to support business entities aimed at reimbursing the costs of feasibility studies of scientific and technical projects in the field of research and costs to support the innovative activities of economic entities, – 1 percent of total funding.
