Participation in the all-Ukrainian online forum “Teachers 4.0: effective approaches for distance education”
Employees of the MTS Department increased their competencies in conducting distance learning at the all-Ukrainian online forum “Teachers 4.0: effective approaches to distance education” held on December 16, 2020, conducted by CSR Ukraine, an expert organization Center for CSR Development with the support of Servier Ukraine.
During the forum, teachers and well-known speakers discussed current challenges for quarantined teachers and gave advice on how to improve skills for effective work with students.
Among the skills that were discussed at the event: facilitation skills; effective interaction and communication; time management; emotional stability and awareness.
Within the framework of the Forum there was a discussion with representatives of the state, business and educational institutions about the challenges in the work of teachers in quarantine and distance learning, discussion of modern approaches to solving challenges and presentation of practical video lectures by experts. The work of the online forum
aimed at achieving sustainable development goals of Ukraine to ensure quality education and partnership for sustainable development.
