Invitation to the #GirlsInSTEM Mentorship Program

Every year, the “Development of STEM” Center, in collaboration with SAP, selects the top 20 inspirational women in STEM—a unique community of women who have had successful careers in science and technology. Among the top 20 are top managers from technical companies, scientists, representatives of ministries, universities, and public organizations.

Are you an ambitious and determined young woman aspiring to make your mark in STEM? Do you already have ideas and experience in science or technology but lack opportunities to realize them? This program is your chance!

This project aims to provide mentorship from role models (successful women in STEM) to girls from vulnerable groups (rural and urban areas) to learn digital skills and ignite early passion for STEM sciences, innovations, and future careers in technology. The goal of mentorship is to assist with career choices and expand your network.

Below is the registration form for potential mentees of our 20 inspiring and progressive mentors—leading specialists. We will select 50 candidates based on this form to move to the second round of selection, a practical task, through which we will choose 20 participants. Then, we will pair Mentors with Mentees!

Timeline: September 2023 – March 2024 Target Audience: Girls aged 14-24

Event Format: A combined format of online and offline events, including the following offline and online activities:
