Gist Innovates Ukraine Program

GIST Innovates Ukraine is a ten-week accelerator preparation program created according to the Lean Startup methodology. Through an in-depth process of identifying consumers, entrepreneurs at an early stage will identify and evaluate opportunities for their activities and make informed decisions about how best to advance their idea. We strive to provide innovators with the training, mentoring, and resources they need to develop their entrepreneurial skills and bring their ideas out of the lab and into the marketplace.

Applications will be accepted from March 15, 2021 to May 1, 2021.

This program is ideal for citizens of Ukraine who are graduate students, teachers or researchers in the field of science and technology.

Dates of the program: June 2 – August 4, 2021

We are looking for teams of three people working in Ukraine who have technology related to a government agency, university, research laboratory, incubator or industry.

Teams must consist of:

  • business leader: acts as a representative of the group, manages efforts in developing a business model and interacts with potential customers;
  • Business Mentor: Helps teams develop IP strategies, liaises with funders, and advises on finding clients.
