Employees of the MTS Department were trained by the Youth Worker Program.
Employees of the Department of MTS KNURE in the period from 17.12.2021 to 19.12.2021 successfully completed an internship in the form of training at the Basic level of the Program “Youth Worker”. The program is implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine together with the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine and the State Institute for Family and Youth Policy. During the training, participants were able to share experiences and find partners to implement joint projects in the youth field, you can also get an incentive to develop the competencies of a youth worker / s and identify their own path of development.It is at such events that participants learn about youth policy in Ukraine, the content of youth work, what makes it special, why it is important to emphasize the participation and involvement of young people, what it means to be a youth worker in the community, and how to develop their own competencies in youth work.
