Be The Change Bootcamp is a 2-week online case championship. Three BAT factories from Hungary, Romania and Ukraine have teamed up to put together a puzzle of your career.We have prepared for you:
– three webinars led by senior operations managers at BAT;
– three presentations of factories;
– one team case;
– excellent career opportunities: internship for three winning teams;
– Exciting gifts: branded awards and the main prize for the team that solves the case best and takes 1st place – Phone for each team member!

You are our ideal participant if:
– you are over 18 years old;
– you are a student or a recent graduate;
– you have an upper-intermediate English level;
– you are studying / have recently studied in the field of operations, engineering, economics;
