A roundtable discussion on academic integrity took place
On October 25, 2023, the head of the MTS department, Irina Viktorivna Svyd, took part in a round table discussion titled “Academic Integrity: Experience, Practices, Challenges, Progress.”
The event took place at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”
The purpose of the event was to bring together the academic community to:
- Discuss the challenges in implementing policies and procedures of academic integrity in the educational process.
- Understand the mechanisms hindering the development of a culture of academic integrity.
- Exchange experiences, ideas, and work on common solutions to overcome challenges.
The round table was conducted in a mixed format. The live broadcast was available on the YouTube channel of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
We thank the organizers for hosting such events. It brings us closer to achieving the United Nations’ fourth mission of sustainable development – Quality Education.
